About me

  As a Physical  Therapist  with  31  years  experience  and  a  IPEC trained life coach, Speaker,  I have the tools and the understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self .   In a 21 month period I was required to take extended family leave 4 times to care for family members and a friend of our family.  By Actively Listening and Applying the Athletic Strategies I developed as an endurance athlete I was able to navigate the caregiving journey with less stress.  

I  am  husband,  father,  son and  brother,  friend,  ultra  athlete,  triathlete  and   a  Marked  Man  for  Christ.   

As a care-partner, I co-create a world of love, trust, and focus by fostering compassionate connections, embracing intentional actions, and nurturing a supportive partnership where both I and the care recipient thrive.
